The Watford City Housing Authority (WCHA) is seeking proposals from licensed real estate professionals to provide listing agent services for the sale of nine single-family homes, owned by the WCHA, currently under construction in the Hunter’s Run subdivision. The selected agent will be expected to market, list, and coordinate the transaction through closing of these properties in a professional and efficient manner in accordance with the expectations outlined in the RFP document.
