For issues regarding water main breaks, water meters, meter readings, or issuing new meters, please contact Public Works at (701) 444-8404.

New permitted projects require at least 24 hours notice to issue a new meter. Permits cards will need to be signed by a Public Works Representative when the meter is issued.

A limited number of Construction Hydrant Meters are also available for temporary rental.  Please complete the Construction/Hydrant Meter form below and return to lvoll@nd.gov. Deposit must be paid before the meter can be issued.

All meters will be issued and inspected by City Public Works Inspectors/Operators.

City Inspectors/Operators do not install the meters.
