Pay Utility Bill

You can pay your monthly utility bill in a number of convenient ways.

Online

ACH

Automatic payments may be established two ways. Firstly, by selecting "Pay Utility Bill" on this website and click to pay online. Once a login is created, you may elect paperless billing as well as set up your automatic payment. This method allows you to use a debit card, credit card, or bank account and select the date in which you would like your payment withdrawn. There is a processing fee associated. Secondly, you may complete the ACH Form. This payment must be from a checking or savings account and is withdrawn on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. There is no processing fee associated.

In-Person

Utility Bill payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card or checks made payable to: City of Watford City. Payments may be made in person during the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday at City Hall located: 213 2nd St NE Watford City, ND. Additionally, a drop-box is located outside the front entrance to City Hall for payments made after business hours.
