About Ambulance and Fire Boards

Watford City’s ambulance needs are served by the McKenzie County Ambulance Service, a 501(c)(3) non-profit BLS ambulance service with ALS capabilities. Their staff is comprised of highly trained and experienced state and nationally licensed Paramedics, AEMTs, EMTs, and Drivers.

The Watford City Volunteer Fire Department is responsible for responding to fire & rescue calls for Watford City.

City Council Member Steve Sanford serves as a City liaison for both boards.
